This Privacy Policy describes how Moving Day (the "app"), released by MWC ELECTRIC LTD, processes information. It is applicable solely to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Moving Day neither gathers, stores nor transmits personal data to MWC ELECTRIC LTD or to any server under our control.
The app does not require user accounts, includes no analytics, and does not incorporate third‑party crash reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The application does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and contains no advertising SDKs or external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell, exchange, or otherwise share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature demands them, and any data involved is processed locally on your device.

You may revoke any granted permission at any time via Android Settings.
Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app stays on your device, does not leave it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services. Google Play and Android operate according to their own privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not knowingly collect data from minors. Where local law sets a higher age of digital consent, that age prevails. Parents may contact elspeth7murray@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal information.
Since the app does not collect data, erasing it simply means uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable period, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use your message solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information remains on your device and is protected by Android's security mechanisms. No system is entirely secure, so we keep the app minimal and avoid gathering unnecessary data.
Changes to this policy
Should this policy be updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
